Schedule for The Tiffin Menu

(Note: Students must bring the following eatables for their breakfast in the school)

1. Monday Sprouted pulses with raw vegetable (Cabbage, Tomato, Onion, Cucumber etc.)
2. Tuesday Paratha of puri with green vegetable/ Stuffed Paratha
3. Wednesday Bread Butter/ Bread Jam/Sandwiches
4. Thursday Baked/steamed Delight (ldlies/ uttapam/ dhokla/ momos)
5. Friday Fried Food: (Finger Chips/Pakora/Veg. cuttest/ Bread Rolls)
6. Saturday (Tomato, Cucumber, Radish, Rice) or My Mom's creative Tiffin Menu

Fats, Carbohydrate, Proteins, Vitamins, Minerals, Roughage, Water, Precious healthy tips-
  1. Breakfast is a must. Please don't send children to school without giving them breakfast.
  2. Junk foods & soft drink should be avoided.
  3. Foils for wrapping.
  4. Preserved & processed foods to be avoided.
  5. Raw fruits and vegetables to be a part of meal.
  6. Walking essential for a good digestion.
  7. Erect Posture to be maintained while eating.

Please send seasonal fruit-with child's tiffin every day, You can also send fruit juice, matha or yoghurt. Please follow this weekly food menu regularly." My day out" at the canteen is a special day when children can bring only Rs. 5/- to Rs. 10- so. that they can buy things from the canteen. Note: - Please do not send money on any other day. Your Co-operation will help the children to develop healthy eating habits and also teach them the value of money.
