“When wisdom lights the way, no darkness can stand in its path.”

Vardhman Academy celebrated the Festival of Lights – Diwali with a special morning assembly beautifully blending devotion, cultural heritage and artistic expression.

The assembly commenced on a serene and spiritual note with a thoughtful prayer, followed by the school pledge and an inspiring thought of the day. Adding to the devotional atmosphere, the students of Class XII presented a soulful Ram Stuti, followed by the sacred recitation of the Hanuman Chalisa, filling the morning with spiritual fervour and devotion.

The highlight of the assembly was a captivating dance-cum-drama based on the epic Ramayana by the students of Classes VI to VIII. Through expressive acting, graceful dance movements and wonderful stage presentation, students brought alive significant episodes from the timeless epic, including Ram Vivah, Ram Van Gaman, Sita Haran etc. The presentation beautifully portrayed the journey of Lord Rama and conveyed the eternal message of courage, devotion, sacrifice and the victory of good over evil.

Adding another delightful dimension to the celebration, the young performers of Classes III to V presented an enchanting dance performance depicting the life journey of Luv and Kush. Their performance highlighted the upbringing, courage, wisdom and remarkable legacy of the two young princes, adding grace and charm to the celebration.

Our Respected Principal Ma’am, Ms. Rekha Sharma, appreciated the sincere efforts and wonderful performances of the students. She highlighted the significance of Diwali and encouraged everyone to imbibe the timeless values of truth, righteousness, compassion and kindness in their daily lives.

The special assembly concluded on a note of pride and patriotism with the National Anthem.

The celebration was a beautiful amalgamation of devotion, learning and cultural expression, reminding everyone that Diwali is not just a festival of lights, but a celebration of hope, harmony and the eternal triumph of good over evil.

WISHING EVERYONE A VERY HAPPY & PROSPEROUS DIWALI!
