"In the dance of Krishna and the melody of his flute lies the eternal call to righteousness, joy, and love."
Today, Vardhman Academy, Radha Garden, Meerut celebrated the upcoming auspicious occasion of Janmashtami with great enthusiasm and devotion, bringing to life the vibrant spirit of Lord Krishna's birth.
The event began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp, symbolizing the dispelling of darkness and the ushering in of knowledge and positivity. This was followed by a soulful welcome song that set a serene tone for the celebration.
One of the highlights of the program was a beautiful dance performance portraying Radha and Krishna, capturing the divine bond and joyous energy of their eternal love.
Students from Classes 6 to 8 then took the stage for a skit presented in the form of a tableau, depicting various glimpses from the life of Lord Krishna—from his childhood pranks in Gokul to his profound teachings in the Mahabharata. The creativity and effort put in by the students were truly commendable and brought alive the essence of Krishna's life journey.
The program concluded with an inspiring address by our respected Principal Ma’am Ms. Rekha Sharma, who praised the students for their dedication, performance, and team spirit. She encouraged everyone to imbibe the values of truth, love, and righteousness exemplified by Lord Krishna.
The celebration was a perfect blend of devotion, culture, and creativity, leaving everyone with a heart full of joy and spirituality.
