National Constitution Day (also known as Samvidhan Divas) is celebrated every year on November 26th to honor the adoption of the Indian Constitution. On this day in 1949, the Constituent Assembly of India adopted the Constitution, which came into effect on January 26, 1950. It marks the birth of the world's longest-written Constitution, laying the foundation for our democratic system and ensuring justice, equality, and liberty for all citizens.
In celebration of this momentous day, our students participated in a quiz that tested their knowledge about India's Constitution, its history, and the fundamental rights and duties that form the backbone of our democratic nation.
The quiz not only deepened our understanding of the Constitution but also encouraged students to reflect on its importance in shaping India’s identity. It was a fantastic way to learn while having fun!
Here's to upholding the values of democracy, equality, and justice, as enshrined in the Indian Constitution.
