Empowering Young Voices on National Panchayati Raj Day
To mark the occasion of National Panchayati Raj Day, our school proudly hosted an Inter-House Digital Presentation Competition for students of Classes 6 to 10, centered around critical social issues that shape our communities.
The event aimed to ignite awareness, empathy, and responsibility among our students—encouraging them to think critically about topics such as caste discrimination, gender equality, poverty, discrimination, etc.
Each house brought forward compelling and well-researched digital presentations that reflected not only creativity and teamwork but also a deep understanding of the real challenges faced by rural India. The young presenters used a mix of visuals, facts, and storytelling to make their voices heard—just as the Panchayati Raj system empowers local voices to lead.
Our respected Principal ma’am Ms. Rekha Sharma, applauded the efforts of the students, emphasizing the importance of such events in nurturing responsible citizenship. She stated that it was truly inspiring to witness students not only understand social issues but also propose thoughtful solutions through digital media. She further added that events like these instill leadership, critical thinking, and a sense of community engagement—qualities essential in shaping the change makers of tomorrow.
This event served as a reminder that meaningful change often begins with awareness—and that the voice of the youth is not just the future, but a powerful force in the present.
