Vardhman Academy, Radha Garden, Meerut successfully organised a FREE Memory Enhancing Seminar for students of Classes 7 to 9, aimed at helping learners study smarter and retain better.

The seminar focused on addressing common student challenges such as poor concentration, forgetting lessons after repeated learning, exam stress and fear, and the desire to remember more in less time. With the powerful message "Don’t just memorize—learn how to retain!”, the session proved to be highly engaging and impactful.

Students were introduced to smart and fast learning methods, scientific techniques to boost memory power, ways to improve concentration and focus, and effective strategies to overcome exam fear and stress. The seminar also offered valuable guidance for students, parents, and teachers, making it a holistic learning experience.

The session was conducted by Mr. Vastav Shrivastav, a renowned Memory & Mind Management Expert and World Record Holder, whose insights and practical techniques inspired students to adopt effective learning habits.
