"Look at the sky. We are not alone. The whole universe is friendly to us and conspires only to give the best to those who dream and work." – Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam
To honour the spirit of discovery and innovation, our school proudly celebrated National Space Day with a special assembly and a series of engaging activities designed to ignite curiosity and scientific temper among our students.
The morning assembly set the tone for the day, featuring thoughtful speeches, a space-themed poem recitation, and powerful role plays where students portrayed the legendary Vikram Sarabhai- (Father of Indian Space Program) and Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam- (Missile Man of India), bringing to life their visionary contributions to India's space journey.
Following the assembly, our Science Department conducted an enlightening workshop that delved into the significance of National Space Day, the remarkable achievements of ISRO, and the importance of space exploration in today's world. Students were captivated as they learned about India's lunar missions, satellite technology, and the future of Indian space science.
The celebration concluded with an exciting space-themed quiz, where students tested their knowledge from the workshop in a fun and competitive environment.
It was a day of inspiration, learning, and imagination — encouraging every student to aim for the stars!
